1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service:

• Authentication data: Your Apple ID email (may be a relay address if you use Hide My Email) and user identifier.
• App data: Your votes, room memberships, custom names, and usage counters (rewinds, custom names used).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To sync your votes and preferences across devices.
• To enforce free-tier usage limits.
• To generate anonymous trending name statistics.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS, US-West-2 region). All data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by Row Level Security policies ensuring users can only access their own data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized trending data (name popularity) is visible to all users but cannot be traced to individuals.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and database (Privacy Policy)
• RevenueCat: Subscription management (Privacy Policy)
• Apple Sign-In: Authentication (Privacy Policy)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (votes, room memberships, custom names, usage records) is permanently and immediately deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the App.
• Delete your account and all data at any time via Profile > Delete Account.
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

Cora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), Row Level Security on all database tables, and secure token-based authentication.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
